Product: Floor Insights

Floor Insights provides real-time metrics and analytics tools to monitor and optimize operations on the factory floor.

With actionable insights and customizable dashboards, Floor Insights helps drive data-informed decisions, improve productivity, and streamline floor-level operations.

The Floor Insights product consists of the following modules:

  • Floor Assistant App:

    This app contains multiple modules that are used for monitoring and managing the factory floor.

    1. Device/Box Monitoring: View smart box status
    2. Worker Profile: Scan worker NFC card to access stats.
    3. Bundle Card Info: Scan bundle NFC to view details.
    4. Line Layout: Manage assignments for lines.
    5. Machine Details: Access machine data via dropdown or QR code.
    6. Line Details: Quality and operation metrics for production lines.
    7. Machine Transfer: Transfer machine to another line, branch, or company.
    8. Machine Assignment: Update machine (box, style, and operations).
    9. Box Maintenance: Maintenance actions, status updates, and repair notes.

  • Line Dashboard:

    These dashboards are displayed on the factory floor and offer key insights into line operations. They show breakdown of production, induction per line. In some instances further breakdown by PO (production orders) and SO (Sale orders) are also present.

    An hourly breakdown of production, induction with indication of whether hourly target was met or not being shown is also done.

    They help line supervisors make on-the-fly decisions to maintain output and reduce bottlenecks.

  • Section Dashboard

    Section Dashboards provide an aggregated view of multiple lines grouped into a section, enabling higher-level supervisors or floor managers to:

    • Compare performance across lines
    • View overall section health and KPIs
    • Monitor DHU and output at a section level
    • Identify underperforming areas or common pain points

    These dashboards are ideal for mid-level monitoring and balancing workloads.

  • DHU Panels

    DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) Panels visually track and display quality metrics across production lines. These panels help quality control teams monitor real-time defect rates, identify recurring issues, and ensure consistent product standards.
