Floor Assistant App
Introduction
Section titled “Introduction”This app contains multiple modules that are used for monitoring and managing the factory floor.
The app is divided into the following modules:
Device/Box Monitoring
Section titled “Device/Box Monitoring”This module displays the status of all the devices/boxes on the factory floor. The following information is displayed for each device/box:
- Boxes Status (Offline/Online/Inactive/Damaged)
- Line, style, operation, and worker name
- Assigned node
- Last error display on the box.
The list is filterable by each of the above fields and contains summary information at the top of the list.
Worker Profile
Section titled “Worker Profile”This module shows the following information about the worker on scanning the worker card (NFC).
- Login time
- Today worked bundles
- Operation ( it can be multiple operations)
- Line
- Worker today’s total production. (Hourly)
- Efficiency
- Rework and damage pieces of this worker
- Last scanned bundle
Bundle Card Info
Section titled “Bundle Card Info”In this module on scanning the bundle card (NFC) in this app the following data:
- Cutting issuance(time , date , line)
- First operation scan
- Total operation wise and worker wise scanning
- Quality station scanning info
- How many this bundle cards have been generated of this specific bundle
Line Layout
Section titled “Line Layout”This module allows the user to view the layout of the factory floor. The module is used to view & update machine and operation assignments for each style & line.
Machine Details
Section titled “Machine Details”This module displays the details of each machine on the factory floor. Machine can be selected from dropdown or by scanning the QR code.
The following information is displayed for each machine:
- Box ID
- Assigned Style
- Doc Number
- Department
- Assigned Line
- Assigned Operations
Line Details
Section titled “Line Details”This module displays the details of each line on the factory floor. Line can be selected from dropdown or by scanning the QR code.
The following information is displayed for each line:
- Line’s Quality Data
- Line’s Operations
Machine Transfer
Section titled “Machine Transfer”This module allows the user to update a machine’s line, branch, and company assignment.
Box Assignment
Section titled “Box Assignment”This module allows the user to assign a box to a machine or to remove a box assignment from a machine.
The user can select the machine and box from the dropdown or by scanning their QR codes.
Box Maintenance
Section titled “Box Maintenance”This module allows the user to view & update the status of the box.
When the box is in active state, the user has the option to mark the box as down by adding reason for failure and their remarks.
After that the box that is marked as down will be shown in the list of boxes that are down. It will be taken to the maintenance lab for repair, at which point the action “Start Maintenance” will be performed. This updates the status of the box to “Under Maintenance”.
In the maintenance lab, the box will be repaired and depending on the outcome, two actions can be performed:
- Repair Successful: The box will be marked as “Recovered” and will be available for assignment
- Repair Failed: The box will be marked as “Damaged” and will be taken out of service.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”This module displays the alerts & notifications that the user has subscribed to. The subscription can be managed in the settings.
